This will largely depend on the situation. If you do need to go over the time it would cost the £30 for each additional hour.

You can pay by cash or bank transfer but we hope to roll out more online forms of payments in the future.

It is your responsibility to load the van so unless there is a road accident then you are liable for the damages. Our driver has many years experience in removals so he can give you some tips on keeping your items secure. There will be a small amount of straps available to tie things down if needed.

You can send us pictures if you like and we can give a close guess on whether they will fit. We can also do a pop around and give you more of an idea if you want a more accurate guess. Ultimately, it is up to you whether they fit and any additional trips will have to be paid for. Luckily, this is a Big Van with 2 decks, so unlike most man and van services we can get more in with the load weight required to transport the extra load. 

We can do all manor of trips. Some loads will be time sensitive, need another day or require a period of waiting. If you think you need any additional services not mentioned on the site then get in touch and we will try to accommodate them and give you a price. 

Due to working laws on the roads we can only work 8 hours or go 400 miles in the one day so unfortunately this will mean another day will have to be paid for. In addition to this you will need to pay for the drivers accommodation over night for the days needed. 

Yes. We have 2 passenger seats available in the van if you need to come along with the load. Unfortunately, for longer trips this may not be able to be accommodated.
